• Create a store account: Earn 2,000 Points (once per lifetime) when you create an account with us.

• Place an order: Earn 5 Points for every RM1 spent. There's no limit to how many points you can earn with your purchases.
• Follow us on Instagram: Earn 100 Points (once per lifetime) when you follow us on Instagram.
• Like us on Facebook: Earn 100 Points (once per lifetime) when you like our Facebook page.
• Share on Facebook: Earn 300 Points every month when you share about Batik Boutique on Facebook.
• Celebrate your birthday: Earn 500 Points (once per year) as a special gift from us to celebrate your birthday. Simply ensure that you have entered your birthday into your account at least 30 days before redeeming your birthday bonus.

Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy! For every 100 points you accumulate, you can redeem RM1 off your purchase. Simply apply your points at the checkout page, and the equivalent discount will be applied to your order. For example, if you have 500 points, you can redeem RM5 off your purchase. Yes, there is a minimum threshold for redeeming rewards. To redeem your points, a minimum purchase of RM150 is required (you can redeem up to 2000 points of Batik Perks which equivalent to RM20 and you will receive it as a coupon to redeem at checkout). Once you reach this threshold, you can start using your accumulated points to enjoy discounts and exclusive rewards. It's our way of ensuring that you can maximize the benefits of your loyalty and make the most of your Batik Boutique experience.

We want to reward your loyalty, so your points will remain valid as long as your account remains active. Points only expire if your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 1 year. By staying engaged and continuing to support Batik Boutique, you can keep your points and enjoy the benefits of our rewards program without worrying about expiration.

Unfortunately, our rewards program is designed to start earning points from the time of enrollment. Points cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.

1. How is my current VIP tier status determined?
Your VIP tier is based on your spending activity on batikboutique.com starting from 1st January 2023 up to this point. 

2. How do I move to a higher tier?
Once you spend enough to reach the next tier's threshold, you'll be upgraded up to 30 days after your qualifying purchase.

3. How long does it take to be upgraded?
You'll be upgraded up to 30 days after your qualifying purchase. Returning items from your order may affect your upgrade.

4. How can I track how close I am to the next tier?
Monitor your progress on your Batik Boutique dashboard in your account. 5. How long do I have my current tier status for?
Once you qualify for the Batik Gold or Batik Platinum VIP tier, you remain active for the remainder of the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and the following calendar year. For example, if you earn enough points to reach the Batik Gold tier in October 2023, you will enjoy the benefits of your Batik Gold tier for the rest of 2023 and all of 2024. During 2024, you will have to earn enough points (spend at least RM1,000 in 2024) to re-qualify for your Batik Gold tier in 2025. If you do not spend the minimum required amount in 2024, you will be moved down a tier. 

6. How do I get my tier achievement reward?
Upon reaching Gold or Platinum, we'll send you an email notifying you that you are in the new tier and you will also receive a coupon code of the tier achievement reward. This coupon code will also be accessible in the Batik Perks panel when you log in. 

7. How do I receive my birthday points?
If your birthday is in MM/DD format in your account, you'll receive an email on your birthday, notifying you that you've received points which you may use immediately to purchase your favourite batik items on our website. If you haven't added your birthday yet, you can easily do so here. Ensure you've opted in to receive emails from us. For assistance, contact us at info@batikboutique.com. 

8. How do I claim my free batik workshop pass?
If you're in our Platinum tier, you'll receive an email upon entering this tier with a unique discount code and a link to our batik workshop (up to RM298 in value!). 9. I completed an activity but didn't earn points! 
Don't worry! We typically process your activity and award your points within 24-48 hours (sometimes longer due to system updates or other factors). If it's been more than 7 business days, feel free to email us at info@batikboutique.com.
